SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER
Hay 10 sp. pt 36 – 43 £35,772– £42,552 pro-rata
36 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
We are seeking a multi- talented, enthusiastic and innovative Business Manager to join our leadership team. In this key strategic role you will support the future development of the school ensuring sound financial management, human resources management and facilities management.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
- A recognised qualification in finance commensurate with a senior post of this nature
- Sound experience of financial management and budgetary planning and control
- Ademonstrable track record of success in developing finance and administrative systems
- Ability to plan strategically
- Experience of human resources management
- Experience of managing staff and the ability to lead and inspire
- Ability to identify, research, develop, cost and implement new initiatives
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilience and a sense of humour
