This role will suit an enthusiastic and inspirational individual who enjoys working as part of a dedicated team and will provide the opportunity to excel in a supportive environment. Prospective candidates should have proven strong and effective leadership and management skills, the ability to make a strategic contribution to the school’s leadership team, have excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external audiences and have the ability to drive forward and motivate staff.
