Burbage Primary School is looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic School Business Manager to join our supportive, hardworking and dedicated team. This is a strategic role in the school including financial management, personnel, school premises, catering and health and safety. You will be part of the school's Leadership Team, working in partnership with the Principal and other schools in the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a vibrant and creative school. You will be part of a wider team of SBM professionals within the Trust and will have the opportunity to work with and support other schools.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience of financial management and budgetary control in schools or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR/payroll, health and safety, catering & facilities management.
- Possesses good IT skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership and management skills, including experience of line management.
