The role of School Business Manager is central to the success of any school and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Senior Leadership Team from September 2019.
Ideally the post-holder will possess relevant SBM qualifications and will have had experience in a school setting or can bring high quality, transferable skills from a business environment.
The role requires leadership which provides innovative, efficient and cost effective school business management, and the overall responsibility for finance, premises including Health and Safety, IT, HR and personnel within statutory regulations and school policy, promoting the highest standards and ensuring the best outcomes for our students.

Ilford County High School is a selective, all-boys grammar school with a sixth form, situated in Barkingside, Essex. The school is non-denominational, with 1150 pupils studying in the main school and 342 in the sixth form. Admission to Year 7 is via an 11-plus examination supervised by the London Borough of Redbridge.
All students study a broad and balanced curriculum, culminating in the English Baccalaureate and going on to A level study. We are committed to providing a high quality, fully inclusive, grammar school education to all the students who attend our school.
