Are you a solution focused, optimistic, innovative, team player?

North Primary are looking for a Business Manager to work with the board of governors to manage the financial matters of the school.

As Business Manager you will lead and manage the site & administration management team, leading on the finance, human resources, facility & property management and health & safety of the School. 

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and the Governing Body to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement in the school. You will hold a senior post within the team and take delegated responsibility for financial and other decisions.

Key aspects of the role are to manage the budget, financial planning process and long term financial plans that will indicate the trends and requirements for the development of the school. This will also assist in the forecast for future year budgets. You will review contracts to determine best value and look for innovative solutions to funding (including applications for grants). You will also project manage the continued refurbishment of the school site.
