We are looking for an outstanding and experienced School Business Manager to oversee the needs of a fast-paced, high-achieving 2-11 Preparatory School - Oakfield Prep .

As School Business Manager you will be a member of the senior leadership team and as such you will contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the School. Working closely with the Headteacher you will be responsible for the financial and business management of the school as well as overseeing the effective running of the school administrative team.

We are looking for someone with financial and general management experience (school management qualifications and experience ideal but not essential) with an accounting qualification.  You will have experience in the management of a diverse range of activities which could include human resources, procurement, information technology, facilities management and health and safety. Working with a range of stakeholders is key to success. This is a full time or part time (min 30 hours pw) full year position based within the school. Hours can be flexible as long as in line with the requirements of the school (this can be discussed on application).
