We require maternity cover for our School Chaplain from January 2017 to be responsible for the development and implementation of chaplaincy work throughout this outstanding Catholic school. The successful applicant will enhance the liturgical life and assist in the religious education of the pupils ensuring that their social, welfare, moral and spiritual needs are met and support the pastoral care team.
In addition to Chaplaincy work the successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of display in our school, celebrating the work produced by our students.
St John Payne is a friendly, supportive and popular, mixed 11-18 comprehensive with a Sixth Form in excess of 200. The School enjoys an excellent academic reputation at GCSE and ‘A’ Level.
