The School Cook will be responsible for preparing nutritious and balanced meals for our students and staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times. This role plays a vital part in supporting the health and wellbeing of our school community.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a cook, preferably within an educational or similar setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques with an emphasis on healthy meal options suitable for children
- Understanding of dietary requirements including allergies, intolerances, and special diets
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) is essential; relevant certifications are desirable
