An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-qualified School Counsellor to work alongside our pastoral team. Promoting the physical health and emotional wellbeing of the pupils and staff by focusing on their individual needs, believing that supporting pupils and staff through setbacks or problems in life will enable them to achieve fulfilment both at school and in their lives beyond.
As a qualified counsellor you will share our commitment to safeguarding pupils and have a proven ability to communicate effectively with young people, providing professionalism and a caring outlook, which are essential for this role as you will be offering individual support as well as training to groups in a variety of ways. You will be part of our committed pastoral team providing excellent levels of pastoral care across the school.
