Hours: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday

This is an exciting time to be joining County High as we develop this key role in our systems for tracking and evaluating the progress of our students. County High School is looking to appoint a School Data Manager to join our office and administration team. We are seeking to make an appointment to make a significant contribution to the way we collate, analyse and distribute the assessment and reporting of data.
Key responsibilities will include:
• To maintain and develop the schools Management Information System (MIS);
• Work with primary and other secondary schools to ensure data is processed accordingly;
• Working with the Senior Leadership Team to assist in the collation, analysis and distribution of assessments and report on relevant data;
• Providing regular, clear and concise information in-line with assessment points;
• Create, manage and maintain a complete whole school target setting process;
• Responsibility for ensuring all teaching colleagues have access to all the accurate and timely data necessary to assist in raising the progress levels and attainment of all pupils;
• Manage the analysis of exam results, and provide information to relevant stakeholders;
• Ensure and supervise the accurate input and integrity of data and system maintenance;
• Notify, support and train all staff in respect to any all system changes updates and enhancements;
• Produce, maintain and manage accurate timetable information and support HOY’s and departments in the creation and maintenance of class lists;
• Raising attainment and ensure the effectiveness of student learning by contributing to the development of data systems, tracking systems, and data analysis systems;
• Ensuring statutory requirements for reporting are met;
• Manage admissions data; and
• Oversee communication systems with parents.
