Salary: £21,080 - £23173 per annum (pro rata for part-time posts – Actual Salary £19,121 - £21,020 per annum)

West Suffolk College is one of the country’s leading further education and apprenticeship providers. Our apprenticeship results have consistently remained above the national average. We offer many degrees, HNCs and HNDs at our focused and inclusive University Studies Centre. We have around 13,000 students including nearly 2,000 apprentices studying with us.

School Engagement Officers will work in close collaboration with local schools to establish and maintain good working links for students, and support in the transition from Year 11 to Post 16 across the Eastern College’s Group. 

The successful candidate will be highly organised, resilient, work in a collaborative, collegiate and pragmatic way, and be innovative in your approach to school and college engagement. They will also have outstanding rapport-building skills, a friendly demeanour, thrive in challenging situations and have a keen eye for detail.
