Looking for a new opportunity for September 2020?

The Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust (ODST) is seeking to appoint a School Improvement Adviser (0.6 FTE) for September 2020 to support its growing family of schools.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with a track record in school improvement, probably at head teacher/senior leadership level, or with recent advisory experience.

Working closely as part of a small central team you will:

  • support and challenge the development of a number of ODST schools to ensure they are always providers of high-quality education;
  • build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders;
  • extend your professional development and do things you’ve probably not had the opportunity to do so before!

We will offer you the opportunity to play a leading role in one of the largest Diocesan Multi-Academy Trusts in the country, with 36 member schools across Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

To apply for this role please visit www.odst.org/vacancies and click on ‘view current vacancies’.

Closing date: Tuesday 14 April 2020

Interviews are scheduled to be held on Friday 24 April 2020

ODST is committed to safeguarding children and young people.  All post holders in regulated activity are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced check.
