A key role - inspiring leaders within our academies

The DMAT is seeking to appoint an inspirational and qualified educational expert to the role of School Improvement Partner.

Based centrally, working closely with our Head of Education, you will guide our academies' leaders to develop strategies and plans for rapid or continued improvement of their schools. Our Academies are located across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Your motivation will be to support outstanding progress for all pupils, working with dedicated, talented leaders and teachers, and to promote high quality provision, in line with our vision to pursue 'life in all its fullness'.
