Salary: Up £17,000 depending on experience
Hours: 30 hours per week, term time + 3 weeks
At Compass School Southwark, students study English, Maths and Science for a minimum of 5 hours each per week, from Year 7 onwards. This significant investment demonstrates our commitment to not only ensuring that Compass students have a good grasp of the core academic subjects, but also affirms our commitment to delivering a creative and innovative curriculum, where students can both take more time to deep dive into a subject, explore a topic at the periphery of the curriculum or respond to the real world.
In choosing successful candidates, the panel will be seeking a laboratory technician to support the science department in delivering outstanding lessons to students at Compass School.
As the school is still small, applicants must demonstrate that they have the skills and experience to work in a growing team, as well as manage and organise a new prep room.
