Required 3 days per week, 39 weeks per annum

Bucks Pay Scale 7, point 36 – point 40 £34,202 - £38,039 pro-rata (actual salary for 22.5 hours per week, 39 weeks is £17,877 - £19,883) plus benefits including an award-winning Employee Assistance Programme and a very generous pension

We are seeking to appoint a School Matron to job share with our current Matron. This role would suit a qualified nurse who wishes to work in our ambitious and compassionate outstanding girls’ grammar school, where equal emphasis is placed on learning and enjoyment. 

We go above and beyond for our staff, and are proud to work alongside Mind, having achieved their workplace Gold Award in 2020-2021 for ‘successfully embedding mental health into our policies and practices, demonstrating a long-term and in-depth commitment to staff mental health’.
