Trinity Primary Academy is based in North London opened on 1st September 2012 and is sponsored by Academies Enterprise Trust (AET).  Our Academy has 450 children aged between 3 and 11.  We are situated in the heart of vibrant Wood Green, 2 minutes from the underground station and within easy reach of Crouch End, Hornsey and Highgate.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-organised School Meals Supervisory Assistant who enjoys working with children to work alongside our friendly team of midday staff.  The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 12:00 to 13:30.

Our aim is to make lunch times enjoyable, happy and safe for all our children. The successful applicant will promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and good conduct of pupils in both the dinner hall and outside areas. They should enjoy working with children and adults and have good communication skills. The role will include supervising children’s meals and clearing up in the dining hall, as well as having responsibility for the supervision of children in the playground.

We actively welcome visits to come and meet our team and children. For an informal conversation please contact David Atter (Principal) at

As  the sponsor, AET believes that all young people deserve to become world-class learners – to learn, enjoy, succeed and thrive in a first rate educational environment with the best facilities, the best teaching and the most up-to-date resources available to them.  In each of our academies, you will benefit from visionary, inspirational and dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own skills with access to world-class CPD and Talent Management programmes.  You will also be entitled to the following benefits: a health cash plan, vehicle affinity scheme, childcare vouchers and Westfield rewards.

This is a fixed term position for 1 year and is required to start as soon as possible. Interviews are scheduled to take place Friday 20 October 2017.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive an overwhelming response.  All candidates are advised to refer to the job description and person specification before making an application.

We are committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required for all posts. This post will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our Prevent Duty.
