School Office Administration Manager and PA to Senior Leadership Team

37 hours per week, 41 weeks (Term time plus 2 weeks to be worked in the Summer Holidays) (consideration will be given to an all year around contract for an exceptional candidate).

 A rare opportunity has arisen to work within the support team of a prestigious and outstanding grammar school where examination results ensure that Beaconsfield High School is one of the leading schools in the UK. 

As School Office Administration Manager & PA to Senior Leadership Team (SLT), your role will be vital and varied. You will be responsible for management, operation and support of the main school office and all of its function and provide a comprehensive administrative and data support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). We hope you will have experience of working in schools but this is not essential.

We want the successful candidate to be:

  • proactive and positive with a clear capacity and desire to work well with very established systems and processes,
  • independent and demonstrate initiative as required,
  • able to work to deadlines,
  • wish to provide confidential, efficient and effective administration support for the school.

You will also have a high level of ICT competency, especially with Microsoft Excel, well developed administration skills but most of all you will be an effective communicator and team worker with an excellent attention to detail.
