Due to the promotion of our current School administrator, we are seeking a School office and examinations administrator to join our amazing School in Coulsdon.

We would prefer someone to start as soon as possible to work with our Business manager and get to know our school systems.

To provide efficient and effective administrative support for school and staff at Serenity School and to work in partnership with other schools within the group.

To provide information and contact point for learners, prospective learners, staff and members of the public by letter, telephone, personal contact and email.

To be a member of a team providing a fast, effective and efficient administrative support service for the school.

To ensure a high standard of customer service to learners, staff and members of the public

To manage confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner

To undertake general office duties, including ordering stationery, print requests, diary management for the Head teacher, taking accurate messages, filing, organising post, printing circulars etc. 

Support the Head teacher in dealing with complex enquires and difficult visitors to the school

Meeting and greeting with visitors

To use the school IT system and database as appropriate

 Closing date is 10th of December at midday
