Shoscombe Church School is a small village school on the outskirts of Bath with a small, dedicated and friendly team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a rural primary school and manage our small admin team. The role requires someone who has the ability to multi-task in a busy school environment and has strong organisational skills.
JOB PURPOSE
- To manage effective administrative to the school.
- To manage the administration of personnel functions in the school.
- To manage the purchase of supplies, equipment and services.
- To manage maintenance of administrative systems that deliver outcomes based on the school’s aims and goals.
- To develop and communicate clearly the school’s development/strategic plan.
- To be responsible for the overseeing of maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment.
- Support and encourage the school’s ethos and its objectives, policies and procedures
- Previous experience of working in a school or other education environment is essential
