Cardinal Pole Catholic School is a successful, oversubscribed school in Hackney, with a good OFSTED. We are a vibrant community based in the thriving East London area. We are looking to someone to join our team who is already, or has the potential to be, an outstanding Office Manager.  

The school is on good local bus routes and is a few minutes’ walk from London Overground stations at Hackney Central and Homerton.


Office Manager 

Grade: PO1 £ 37,00 to £38,148 paid pro rata

35 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (Term Time only plus two weeks)


The Governing Body is looking to appoint an exceptional Office Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the busy school office, managing a team of administrators to provide a first class, professional service to our stakeholders. 

We are looking for someone who can create a professional and welcoming office environment; can demonstrate success at managing a small team; displays a calm and tactful attitude with excellent communication skills; has strong IT skills including MS Office applications; and has excellent and efficient organisational skills. The role will also involve overseeing the continuous evolution of the school website and playing a lead role in the secondary transfer of students from feeder primary schools.
