Salary Scale: LBR 6 (Scale Points 18) term time plus 2 weeks. £28470- £29502 FTE

This equates to approximately £ 24,479- £25,688 per year. A recruitment and retention incentive may be available for exceptional candidates.

Working Hours: FTE 36 Hours (required between 8.30am – 4.15pm) term time plus (5 inset days and 5 days)

Strive4 is a well-regarded, outward-facing and successful Multi-Academy Trust. We have recently reviewed our school support structure and are now seeking to appoint an organised, efficient and highly experienced administrator to join us as School Office Manager at either:

Farnham Green Primary School

or

Ray Lodge Primary School

Each School Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient running of the school office. As the ‘face’ of the school they must be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, it is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach.

We are looking for an experienced and flexible person with good organisational skills who can work under pressure and use their own initiative to work in a busy school office. Very good verbal and written communication skills, as well as good computer skills, are essential. 

The role will also include

· Supervising and supporting the day-to-day operations function of the school (IT, site and admin).

· Managing manual and computerised record/information systems. (RM Integris).

· Managing the completing of statutory returns as appropriate including school and staff workforce census.

· Work closely with the site team, admin staff, Trust Operations Manager and Trust Finance Manager.
