Position Requirements | • Awareness and proven ability to uphold the need for confidentiality
• Willingness to support the ethos of the Catholic school • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Word and Excel • Typing speed of 40 wpm • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including a pleasant phone manner • Ability to work independently • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of a team • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage several tasks concurrently • The ability to work tolerant of an interrupted working environment • Experience in the operation of a busy phone system • Capacity to communicate with and relate to senior students |

St Francis Xavier’s College is a mixed, non-selective, Roman Catholic, independent secondary school in New South Wales, serving students from the age of 11-18. The secondary school is situated in Hamilton, and has over 1,000 students on record.
St Francis Xavier’s College was founded in 1985 as a school to serve Catholic students in the local area. The school is currently being updated so that it can help fully cater for the needs of students with disabilities. The school is proud of its dedicated teaching staff who encourage students to take responsibility for their learning.
