We have a vacancy for a school officer experienced in the field of Media and Communications. Detailed Role Description is available on the below link.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage social media sites
- Manage College website and Parent Portal
- Advertising and promotion of the College
- Design/produce brochures, flyers, signage, etc
- Manage promotional products
- Maintain the marketing budget
- Facilitate and organise annual Open Day, School Tours and other events
- Work to process and promote enrolments for new students
This is a term time, fixed term position with an immediate start preferable.

To be successful in this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement; and
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

Tenure Duration (If Fixed Term): 2021 school year
Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required: Mon to Fri - 7.4 hours per day (8.00am - 4.06pm)
Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Officer Level 4 - $31.44 per hour
Employment Conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
