This is a critical, strategic role reporting directly to the Headteacher. You will lead vital non-teaching functions, manage a talented middle leadership team, and work closely with Governors to ensure a safe, efficient, and innovative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line Management: Directly line manage and develop 3 key middle managers (IT, Catering, and Premises) overseeing a wider team of support staff.

  • Compliance & Safety: Oversee GDPR compliance and Health & Safety, site security, and cyber security protocols.

  • Governance & Leadership: Present critical risk, infrastructure, and personnel updates to Governor Committees and school leadership.

  • Joint Strategy: Partner with the School Finance & Business Manager on joint procurement, policy creation, and high-value funding bids (e.g., CIF grants).
