We are now recruiting for an innovative and forward-thinking Operations Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will have suitable experience and proficiency in the following areas:

1. Leadership and Collaboration

4. HR Management

5. Premises Management

6. Financial Management

7. School Support Management

8. Marketing

9. ICT Management

10. The ability to operate and contribute at a strategic level, taking into account the changing needs of the school in the face of competing priorities.

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week).

Terms: Permanent, term time only plus three weeks.

Salary: £25,356 to £38,818 (£27,776 - £42,345 FTE)

Evendons Primary School opened in September 2014 as a primary free school serving pupils aged 4-11 years old, based in Wokingham.  Evendons Primary School joined Bellevue Place Education Trust in February 2020.

A non-selective, non-denominational, co-educational school, Evendons Primary School welcomes children of all abilities from all backgrounds. The BPET vision is for all pupils to receive a broad and balanced curriculum that combines academic rigour with highly enriched opportunities that deliver a personalised approach to education and exceptional outcomes for all.

Evendons Primary School has been judged by OfSTED to be an Outstanding school June 2017.  The school is the most popular in Wokingham, with parents and the progress of pupils is strong too.
