Job overview

The link between low income and low academic attainment is greater in the UK than almost any other developed nation. Children eligible for free school meals are less likely to get good GCSEs and go on to higher education. This makes it more likely they will struggle throughout their lives, widening social inequality. It’s a cycle that we’re determined to break.

We work with thousands of brilliant teachers, schools, universities and partners in England and Wales and we are seeking a School Partnerships Manager with excellent people management skills for a pivotal role within the South East Local Area Team.

As a School Partnerships Manager you will be accountable for overseeing all school relationships in the Local Area, with individual and networks of schools, ensuring they are supported by utilising the full breadth of partnership with Teach First. You will also be working in partnership with secondary and primary partner schools, including multi-academy trusts, building and maintaining effective relationships alongside colleagues in the Local Area team.

You will have great stakeholder management with experience in communicating to external and internal audiences to aid business development. You have excellent project management skills with exceptional customer service.

Along with the satisfaction of knowing you are making a real difference, you will also receive £40,070 per annum plus excellent benefits.

Are you a fantastic relationship manager looking to take their next step? If so then this is the right role for you.

We know that employees flourish when they are empowered, so here at Teach First we operate an agile working environment based on trust and results.

The day when no child’s future is limited by their background is coming, yet, there is still more to be done. Join us and help us ensure every child in the UK has a fair shot at achieving their ambitions.
