School Principal

School Principal - Deadline extended to 11 May 2018

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and collaborative senior leader in education as Principal for our new IB school in Dubai, which will offer the PYP, MYP, DP and CP programmes*. The Principal will lead the Heads of School to achieve the highest standards of school performance and student outcomes. A gifted communicator and innovative leader, you will have a clear understanding of the best practice in teaching and learning, and how to make this a reality for all our students. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Significant and demonstrable educational expertise
• A Master’s degree or      equivalent school leadership qualification (e.g. NPQH)
• Successful school leadership      experience of at least 5 years as Principal or Head of School, preferably in an international setting
• A proven track record of developing and sustaining the highest academic standards
• The ability to strategically lead the school Senior Leadership Team with drive and enthusiasm 
• A cultural understanding and ethos to motivate staff and students to continuously      strive for excellence
• Experience of both primary and secondary phases of education (desirable)
