We are seeking to appoint a positive, enthusiastic, skilled School Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join our friendly Prep School. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, and parents providing a welcoming friendly front of house service. 

For over a hundred years, Bickley Park School has retained its reputation for being an outstanding preparatory school for children aged 2 ½ to 13 . With a warm and friendly, family feel, the school prides itself in exploring, identifying and celebrating the strengths of every child, no matter where they lie. The school is situated in London's greenest London Borough, on the fringes of Kent and with excellent train links to central London.

The successful applicant will have good people and communication skills, be flexible, able to prioritise tasks and have proven ICT skills. Experience of working in a busy front line, office or receptionist role is essential. Previous experience of working in a school or educational setting highly desirable, although training will be given to the right candidate.

This role is from 7.30am until 4.00 pm (inclusive of a 30-minute paid lunch break each day) term time only plus 12 days to be worked during the school holidays, including inset days. This is a full time position but a job-share will be considered.
