Wycliffe is a thriving day and boarding school for boys and girls aged from 3 to 18, set within the heart of the Cotswolds. Children join our Nursery Class from 3+ years. The Nursery offers a stimulating and safe environment, within the beautiful grounds of the Preparatory School, for children to start their first steps to learning. Our stand-alone Preparatory School is for children aged from 4+ to 13 years, where they can flourish and where they are encouraged to do their best. A bit about the role:

Being a first point of contact and welcoming visitors both face-to-face and on the phone and providing comprehensive and professional administrative academic support within the Senior School. You’ll receive all visitors to the senior school and ensure that all security protocols are followed whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service and hospitality.

Terms of Appointment

This is a permanent position offered on a part-time basis, all-year-round with shorter hours in school holidays.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm Wednesday – Friday during term-time (35 weeks per year) and from 8.30am to 12.30pm during school holidays.

Other additional working includes approximately eight Saturday mornings per academic year and some flexibility to attend inset day training and meetings.
