If so, we would love to hear from you… The Ridge Academy, based in Cheltenham, Gloucester, opened in September 2012 and is sponsored by Academies Enterprise Trust (AET). The Ridge is a primary Academy for children experiencing Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).

We are looking for an individual to be a key member of the busy administration team, to support the School in the day to day running of the front reception office, working closely with the HR Administrator and Finance Administrator.

The role will mainly include reception duties, you will also be required to take telephone calls, support the day to day function of the front office, such as room bookings, data inputting and keeping supplies up to date, although no two days are the same and the work is very varied. You will also be required to provide assistance as part of an overall team.

We are looking for a reliable, flexible person who has good customer service, administration and organizational skills, who can prioritise their work to achieve deadlines. A cheerful disposition is essential and you must be a hard-working proactive individual. Experience in a School/Academy environment is preferable but training will be provided for the right applicant and we encourage our staff to undertake CPD.

This position is initially fixed term but could be extended. It is required to commence September 2017.
