Applications are invited for a School Secretary to assist in the smooth running of the administrative department of Dair House School.  This varied role plays a key part in presenting the professional face of the school, providing a warm, friendly and polite welcome to parents, pupils, staff and visitors.

The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills and customer-facing skills, together with the ability to deal with people at all times with charm and positivity.  The person must also demonstrate an excellent eye for detail regarding any school communications and have a thorough grasp of spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate ability with Microsoft Office.

The position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.15am until 4.15pm, term time plus 12 days.

Interviews will be held week commencing 15th May.
