School Secretary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, flexible and committed individual to join one of the country’s leading prep schools.  We are looking for an experienced secretary to provide key administrative support to teaching staff and act as Receptionist for the School.  The School Secretary will be part of the School Office team and will assist with general duties within the Office.

Applicants should have a calm demeanour and outstanding interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and very organised.  The successful candidate will be expected to work from 8:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday during term times, along with three Saturday mornings per term.  Hours will be substantially reduced in the School holidays and there is a generous holiday and benefits package on offer.

Beaudesert is a thriving independent boarding and day co-ed Prep school with a Pre-prep department (400 pupils).  Beaudesert is surrounded by wonderful Cotswold countryside.
