About the Position
Contract type: Full-time, all year round, permanent.
Working pattern: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Start date: June 2024
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Administrative and clerical duties relating to all aspects of the school.
- Ensuring that staff, parents, pupils, visitors and third parties receive a personalised and professional service.
- Working as part of the Administration Team and providing Reception cover.
- Full aspects of office administration with finance, admissions duties.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a School Secretary or a similar position.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft 365 systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn, adapt and embrace new challenges.

Wellesley Haddon Dene School is a leading independent, co-educational prep school for boys and girls aged from 2 to 13 years, situated in the seaside town of Broadstairs.
