The Hawthorns seeks an efficient and professional individual to join our school front office team. Duties will include providing secretarial support and acting as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors. Working as part of a friendly, proactive and committed team, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an adaptable approach to their work. Excellent administrative and ICT skills are essential. Previous experience of working in a front of house environment or a school office would be considered favourably.
This is a part-time position, all year round. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm during term time, and 9am to 12pm during the School holidays. Full details and an application pack are available on our website or from the HR Manager, Emma Mitchell.
