St Peter’s Preparatory School, Lympstone is seeking a full-time School Site Manager to start in June 2021. We are seeking someone with the skills and confidence to manage the upkeep, maintenance and development of the school site to meet the school’s high standards.
Ideally with experience of property, building or estate management and with a good working knowledge of health and safety legislation, the successful applicant will manage a small team of grounds, maintenance and housekeeping staff. They will also liaise with external contractors to ensure specialist work is undertaken on time and within budget. The School Site Manager will play an important role in planning and costing future programmes of work in liaison with the Assistant Head Operations.
The role requires strong analytical and organisational skills as well as excellent record-keeping and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
The salary is £25,000 per annum (including five weeks’ paid holiday plus bank holidays) working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00.
