Teaching Excellence
The Trust places Quality First Teaching as one of its core values. The pursuit of teaching excellence on a daily basis is a fundamental requirement in all of its schools.
Our key focus is the development of a series of learning ‘essentials’, these are:

- raising expectations of everyone involved in learning: students, parents, teachers and support staff
- marking and feedback that promotes and enhances learning
We pride ourselves in employing staff that are leaders in their field or have the potential to be so. Staff are expected to continue to focus on developing their practice through numerous CPD opportunities, both internal and external, and where best practice is identified, to share it with colleagues.
