School Systems Manager

At Oaks Park we are committed to evaluating and improving our school systems to ensure all processes are as effective and efficient as possible, to promote student outcomes as well as staff wellbeing. This exciting new role will enable us to refine and continue to evolve in response to the needs of our school. 

The successful candidate will have: 

● Existing knowledge and experience of school systems particularly Sims and Nova T

 Excellent oral and written communication 

● The ability to form and maintain appropriate professional relationships and boundaries with young people and adults 

● Good organisational and time management skills. 

● The ability to work constructively as part of a team 

● Good ICT skills to support learning 

● The ability and willingness to learn new skills and a commitment to personal career development
