The Role

Our College is on an exciting journey of improvement and change and recruiting the right students will play a key role in that transformation. Playing a significant role in the development and management of internal and external events to support student recruitment and achieve the College’s commercial targets you will promote the College through a dynamic programme of Schools Liaison activity.

Establishing an annual events plan for the College and creating and delivering a range of high quality flagship events, you will enable key stakeholders to market the College effectively, presenting a positive profile to schools, employers and students. You will work in collaboration with external partners and develop a programme of school link activities to promote growth in numbers of younger students.

The Person

With experience of marketing and evaluating corporate, social and commercial events, experience of developing systems to ensure effective management of events, and significant experience of project management in a high pressure environment, you will also have:

  • Significant experience of digital marketing
  • Excellent copywriting and proofing skills to promote events
  • Experience of working within a marketing and communications team
  • A degree in a relevant marketing subject or significant experience of event management
  • Ability to take the initiative and work flexibly
  • Work within tight deadlines, organise and prioritise own work
  • A high standard of inter-personal and communication skills
