Are you an expert in Special Educational Needs? Do you have the skills to lead a team of teachers and speech and language therapists working in Merton schools? In this role you will be helping schools to develop outstanding learning and language support for individual children through advice, assessment and training. You will lead on effective training and support for SENCO’s and schools to ensure their systems and offer are excellent.
You will lead on developing understanding of speech and language and learning issues across children’s services and schools. You will ensure that the speech and language targets off all children with EHCP’s in Merton schools are met.
