About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administration Assistant to join our busy General Office team. This is a key support role within the school, acting as the lead for reprographics services while also contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

You will be the first point of contact for all reprographics requests across the school and will play an essential role in providing efficient administrative and front-facing support to staff, students, parents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on all school reprographics, managing and prioritising requests

  • Provide general administrative and office support

  • Act as a first point of contact for telephone and visitor enquiries

  • Produce newsletters, letters and display materials

  • Support communication with parents and staff

  • Assist with wider office duties as required

  • Well organised with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities

  • Confident using IT systems
