Trinity High School & Sixth Form Centre is a vibrant, ambitious and values-driven community where strong relationships, high expectations and our HEART values shape every aspect of school life.

This role demands a leader of presence and conviction—someone who leads from the front, is highly visible, and is relentless in holding the line on standards with students, families and external partners. You will combine strategic thinking with operational precision, ensuring that systems are not only well designed, but delivered with absolute consistency.

If you are a values-driven leader with the expertise, resilience and ambition to shape whole-school culture and secure lasting impact, this is an opportunity to play a defining role in the future of Trinity High School.

We would be delighted to receive your application.
