Starting 1st September, we are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher to work closely with the Director of Learning to lead on teaching and learning across the faculty and join a team of people leading on professional development across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for a colleague with future ambitions to move into whole school leadership of teaching and learning.
You will require a strong understanding of effective pedagogy, be capable of modelling excellence in the classroom and have the skills and confidence to inspire, support and challenge colleagues to improve their practice.
