ABC Teachers are working with a Secondary School in North Birmingham to find a part time (0.6) teacher to cover a long term supply role in the Science department. The post will be starting September 2017 and is initially for a term but likely to stretch until the end of the academic year.

The ideal teacher will be able to teach KS3 and KS4 general Science with ideally a specialism in Biology

Candidates are asked to apply ASAP due to the short notice nature of this position.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

· Be eligible to work in the UK (must have a valid visa) 

· Must hold relevant teaching qualifications (Bachelor of Education / PGCE) 

· Have previous experience teaching the UK curriculum 

· Have recent classroom experience as teacher in the UK (essential)

· Have excellent communication skills 

· Possess valid references, DBS/police checks
