This post will be suitable for either experienced, dedicated teachers or enthusiastic NQTs. A TLR with a post may be available to an outstanding Physics candidate, and there will be plenty of opportunity for career progression.

This is an unparalleled opportunity to join an upcoming school as part of a friendly and dynamic department. The Science team has produced very successful triple Science GCSE results with 93% attaining A*-C in all three sciences (51% Biology attaining A-A* and Physics 95% A*-C).  There are also excellent outcomes for our A Level students, with all achieving their chosen places at University.

High quality induction based on an extensive in-house training program is available at DPCoE as part of our strong commitment to continuing professional development, which is enhanced by access to courses at the Science Learning Centre in York. There is a wide range of experience in the Science team as well as a strong mentoring program both within the school and in the Science team.

We moved into our state of the art building in 2012. The school is located within easy reach of central London via the District Line and easily accessible via the A13.  DPCoE is rich in diversity and dedicated to inclusive learning for all. There is access to a gym on site, as well as café facilities for staff.
