Job overview
Suitable for ECTs though others out of contract may apply. We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Science Teacher to join our Catholic secondary school, a community founded on service, and a commitment to excellence in all areas of education. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate teacher to contribute to a forward-thinking and supportive environment, where students are encouraged to develop academically and personally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring a love of science and nurturing students’ skills in enquiry, analysis, and critical thinking. You will work closely with a committed and collaborative Science Department, contributing to curriculum development and helping to drive forward standards of teaching and learning.
We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about their subject, committed to continuous professional growth, and motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. An understanding of, and respect for, the Catholic ethos of the school is essential.
If you are a dedicated professional with high expectations of yourself and your students, and you are excited by the prospect of working in a caring, high achieving school, we would be delighted to receive your application.
