As part of our planned expansion, we are looking to recruit creative, innovative, resilient and emotionally intelligent teachers to deliver national curriculum subjects and outcomes. All members of our staff team are primarily focused on supporting and challenging our young people to fulfil their potential, prepare them well for adulthood and become active members of their local, national and global communities.

We are developing an excellent reputation for providing student-centred learning and support with the highest level of challenge to ensure our students attain the highest standards of personal, social, emotional and academic development. We have 61 students currently on roll and a further 15 students joining in September 2021, all of whom are in receipt of an Education, Health and Care Plan. We are looking for an experienced and passionate practitioner to provide education to GCSE Level in Science from the beginning of the Summer Term (April 2021). The ability and flexibility to deliver Technology or Engineering are also welcome to support our board and balanced curriculum offer.

We have built the foundations of a dynamic, enthusiastic and professional team of staff who are celebrated as individuals and as a high achieving collective. We believe the right candidate will find working with us and our students challenging, stimulating and rewarding. To the successful candidate we offer:

• An outstanding learning environment

• An ethos of high expectations and high support for both students and staff

• Membership of a highly valued and professional team

• Excellent professional and personal development opportunities
