Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Science Teacher for an 11 - 16 school in the North Manchester Area.

This position will commence on the 17th April until July 2017.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a very high achieving school built on a strong ethos where every child will achieve five or more level 2 qualifications by the age of 16.

On the last Ofsted inspection the school was rated ‘outstanding’, “A visitor is immediately struck by the atmosphere of purposeful enthusiasm that has been created by the headteacher, staff and students which characterises all aspects of its work”.

The School are looking for a colleague who has -

  • The ability to plan and deliver successful, interesting and stimulating lessons at Ks3 and Ks4
  • The ability to set appropriate and challenging work for all students
  • The ability to build good relationships with all students

To apply for this position, you must hold QTS or QTLS and the school are accepting applications from outstanding NQTs.

To apply you must be eligible to work in the UK and meet all national safeguarding criteria. It is essential that you hold a valid, recognised teaching qualification and ideally you will have 6 weeks recent experience of teaching in the UK. We must also be able to contact your past school to obtain a reference.
