Science Teacher (Physics)
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Academy on our journey to becoming outstanding. We are seeking to appoint science teachers primarily with Physics as a specialism. The posts will suit NQTs however is open to experienced members of staff too. Of greater importance however, is that you are committed to maximising the outcomes of young people through inspirational and creative teaching. There is an opportunity to teach some science at The Bridge Centre for students with medical needs and mental health issues. .
In return the Academy can offer highly effective support and guidance, modern well equipped laboratories coupled with excellent career opportunities including the teaching of Advanced level physics or chemistry. The Frances Bardsley Academy is a thriving, oversubscribed and highly successful, comprehensive school for girls aged 11 – 18, with a specialism in the Visual Arts. It is situated in beautiful grounds in the market town of Romford and was judged Good by Ofsted in January 2016. We are part of the LIFE Education Trust
