Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Qualified Teacher Status and experience of teaching in Secondary Schools.

Vision for Education is currently recruiting for a Science Teacher to support our partnered schools in the Sheffield area with Daily, short term, and potential long term supply requirements going into the new Academic year. Whether you are an experienced teacher looking for flexibility and a minimal role, or an NQT looking to professionally develop your skills – this role would be suitable for you.

The role

This is a supply role where Vision for Education would introduce you to their partnered schools on a supply basis, allow Supply Teaching and support staff to build relationships with schools in the local area and support with daily, short term, and long term supply requirements – the work can be as flexible as you wish on our daily supply team, or if you are looking for something more stable our schools regularly need longer term support.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Science Teacher, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). 

• Have experience teaching English Literature and Language in Secondary schools, ideally up to GCSE Level.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Subject specialists.

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
