Are you a Science Teacher with SEMH experience committed to improving the lives of pupils and young people? We are looking for a Science Teacher to join our fantastic team at Lamledge School, Shifnal.

About the role

As a Science Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils’ achievement and ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for a Science Teacher with SEMH experience who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Lamledge School provides specialist education to pupils with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. We are within a commutable distance of Telford, Dudley, Stourbridge, Shrewsbury, Stone, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding towns. We are looking to expand our staff team and we hope that we can find the perfect person to join the Lamledge team.

We are a small school on the outskirts of Shifnal with stunning grounds and rolling countryside surrounding us. Our staff are dedicated to delivering education in a therapeutic and trauma informed way.
